WHAT IS SALVATION?
THE MOST IMPORTANT SPIRITUAL STEP A PERSON CAN TAKE IS TO TURN FROM THEIR SINS AND COMMIT THEIR LIFE TO JESUS CHRIST. IT'S SOMETHING CALLED BEING '' SAVED ''OR 'BORN AGAIN.''
From scripture, being ''saved is much more than a prayer it is ultimately a lifestyle transformation. The process begins with a prayer of commitment but it involves the entire direction of your life.Salvation is a lifelong commitment to follow Jesus and put His priorities above your own.Being saved is different from being''good enough''or better than other people you know.Instead, salvation is about realizing that without God,we are enslaved by our sins. The plan of salvation is based on the LOVE and GRACE of GOD.
A= Admit you're a sinner who needs to be saved Romans 3:23. 'For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.''
B= Believe that Jesus died for you & rose again Romans 10:9.''That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has Him from the dead, you will be save.''
C=Commit to accepting Christ as Savior & Lord Romans 10:10,13.'' For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation...for whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.''
